Review : Staying in the Bungalows with AC! on Nyaung Oo Phee Island

Mamy Booking - Blog

Hi, guys. Mamy is glad to meet you again.

This time, we’re still at Victoria Cliff Resort on Nyaung Oo Phee in the Burmese Andaman Sea, which is neither too close nor too far from the coast of Ranong Province. As Mamy has explained in the previous article, the resort is the only accommodation with the concession granted. As for the rooms, Mamy will show you the air-conditioned accommodation. Well, let’s not waste our time and get started!

The air-conditioned rooms are located next to one another, which may not be very private. But, the good thing is that guests can see exclusive sea views from the rooms. Like, they’ll find the white sand beach since the very first step out of their rooms. Let’s go back into the rooms, double bed and single bedrooms are available. Towels, hair dryers, and other amenities such as complimentary beverages–but excluding snacks–are available. The currencies used here are mostly THB and USD, yet THB is generally preferred there. The private loft-style, wood-tone bathroom for every room–like those in the luxury tents–, is divided into wet and dry areas. The rooms face the sea, allowing guests to enjoy the view fully while relaxing on rattan chairs at their balconies. So, how’s the bungalows with AC? Aren’t they super satisfying? Mamy thinks they’re a bit too small. They might not be the best choice for guests who bring a lot of belongings as the rooms can get too stuffy.

Well, this is another choice for those interested to visit Nyaung Oo Phee Island for their next vacations. It’s super easy to get there. Just take a nonstop flight–from Don Mueang International Airport to Ranong Province. Flights to the destination are available at AirAsia and Nok Air.
